VitalWatchStudio · founding beta

Your business has a health report. Your health deserves one too.

You review the numbers that move your business. VitalWatchStudio is being built to help you give your health the same regular attention: a clear weekly review, and a few practical priorities for what comes next.

A product in preparation—not a released beta. No health-data connection or onboarding is required here.

What this could suggestA few shorter nights may be worth noticing alongside your own experience. This is not a diagnosis or a clinical interpretation.
01 Protect a wind-down window on three evenings.
02 Review how the week felt, not just the number.
03 Compare coverage and pattern in next week's review.

A weekly ritual for the person behind the business · No graphs to chase
You already know how to review a business. Your health deserves that same considered attention.
Sleep, movement and other signals can add up to a lot of numbers—and not much direction. The aim isn't another score to optimize. It's a manageable weekly pause to notice what changed, choose what deserves attention, and decide what to try next.
01 /Put the week into plain-language context, with gaps and limits visible.
02 /Connect a pattern to a practical, personal next step—not a promise.
03 /Keep your observations in the conversation alongside the readings.
A report, turned into a next step

Less decoding.
More direction.

A weekly insight should help you act without pretending the numbers tell the whole story. Here's an illustrative report-to-action example—not a beta result and not real user data.

Illustrative · synthetic example
A pattern is a prompt, not a verdict.

Example readings and language shown for demonstration only. Consumer wearable data has coverage and source limitations.

From observation to a useful weekly experiment
01
Notice

In this made-up example, sleep sits below the person's chosen goal on several nights.

02
Interpret with care

That gap is worth exploring alongside how the person felt; it doesn't explain why it happened.

03
Choose one practical action

Protect a wind-down period on three evenings this week—an experiment, not a prescription.

04
Review next week

Check the commitment, the next available pattern, and whether the change felt useful.

The weekly review

Four questions.
A clearer week.

Not another dashboard full of graphs. A compact narrative that treats your goals, your lived experience and the data's limitations as part of the same picture.

01 /

What changed this week?

See notable shifts and patterns in the data that is actually available.

02 /

Why might it matter?

Get plain-language context, with uncertainty and source limits kept in view.

03 /

Where are you against your goals?

Understand progress, gaps and missing readings against the targets you chose.

04 /

What deserves attention next?

Take away three practical priorities and a way to review them next week.

A considered workflow

Your data stays yours to start.

The planned flow is simple: choose what to include, create a weekly review on your iPhone, and share it only if you want to. This website does not access your health data.

Your readings are read from Apple Health on your iPhone and stay there. No account is needed and nothing is uploaded to us. The app is still being prepared and is not available to download yet.
STEP 01
Choose what to include

Pick sleep, steps, resting heart rate and other metrics, set your own goals, and review Apple Health access. Requires an iPhone with Apple Health and compatible data.

STEP 02
You create the review

Tap to build a report for a completed week. It is created on your iPhone when you ask. There is no automatic upload and no real-time monitoring.

STEP 03
Your PDF briefing, with the detail behind it

A short PDF leads with your three practical priorities and a week at a glance, followed by the evidence and your daily readings. A Markdown summary and a CSV spreadsheet come with it. Missing readings stay visible as missing and are never filled in.

SHARING
Shared only by you

Files go through your iPhone's share sheet to wherever you choose, such as Files, Mail or a coach. Nothing is shared automatically.

For the right first users

Built for founders who already track.

The initial audience is busy founders who value their health, already collect wearable data and want a repeatable way to turn that data into weekly choices.

A likely fit

You have compatible Apple Health data on an iPhone, want a regular wellness review, and are willing to test an early product with manual setup and give thoughtful feedback.

Not a fit for a promise we can't make

This isn't for real-time alerts, diagnosis, treatment decisions, guaranteed results or a fully automated service. Device support and setup requirements will be confirmed before enrollment.

Your clinician is a partner—not a footnote.

Reports are intended to help you bring dated patterns, source and coverage limits, your own observations and better questions to a collaborative conversation with your clinician. Consumer-device measurements are not clinical evidence on their own. VitalWatchStudio does not diagnose or replace medical care; normal wearable readings do not rule out a concern, and you never need a wearable number to deserve care.

Before you decide

Clear answers, no fine-print surprises.

The founding beta is still being prepared. We will keep the limits visible while the details are worked through.

Is the beta available now?

The beta is still being prepared. Join the free interest list for workshop and beta availability updates. Signup does not automatically create app access or connect your health records.

Is this really free?

Yes. Workshop demo attendance and beta interest signup are free, with no credit card or subscription. The demo does not include paid app access. Only verified VIP members may ask workshop questions; this website does not currently sell or verify VIP membership.

What are the optional paid offers?

After you join the free list, you’ll see two optional offers: a one-time $27 purchase for the VitalWatchStudio skill files (delivered as a Google Drive folder by email), and a $97/month coaching subscription with weekly check-ins, discussion and coaching, installation help and ongoing support. Free signup is complete without either, and each is a separate, explicit purchase handled by Stripe.

What happens if I cancel monthly coaching?

The $97 coaching plan renews monthly until you cancel. If you cancel, coaching and support end at the paid-through date and you are not charged again. The $27 skill files are a one-time payment and do not renew. Sharing a report with a clinician or anyone else is optional and your choice.

Can I use this without Apple Health or an iPhone?

The app is for iPhone and reads Apple Health. Compatible devices and recordings determine which metrics are available. This website does not collect or access health data.

Does VitalWatchStudio automatically collect or send reports?

No. Reports are created on your iPhone when you ask and shared only when you choose. There is no automatic upload, no account and no real-time monitoring.

What will the report contain?

A short PDF briefing leads with three practical priorities and a week at a glance, then the evidence and your daily readings. A Markdown summary and a CSV spreadsheet are included. It covers what changed, why it might matter, progress against your goals and what to try next. Missing readings stay visible as missing, not invented or treated as zero. Joining the list does not start report delivery.

Is this medical advice?

No. This is intended as wellness information to support personal weekly decisions and a better-informed conversation with a clinician—not diagnosis or treatment. Seek medical care when needed; do not wait for a report. A normal device reading does not rule out a health concern.

What happens after signup?

Your email is sent to SendFox, our email provider, to manage workshop and beta updates. SendFox may email you to confirm your address; follow its instructions. No payment is taken, and signup does not grant immediate app access. Workshop timing and beta onboarding will be confirmed separately.
