Not diagnosis, treatment or emergency monitoring
VitalWatchStudio gives you wellness information to support reflection and better conversations with qualified clinicians. It does not replace evaluation or care. Goals are personal references, not prescribed targets. Missing data is not zero and is not proof of health, and reassuring readings do not rule out a problem.
For a possible emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. Do not wait for an app reading, a report, a check-in or a reply from us. A normal or missing reading cannot rule out a serious condition.
How to read your report
- Your report describes the days that had readings. A dash means there was no usable reading, not a zero.
- Averages and week-to-week changes are descriptive. They are not a diagnosis and not a clinical trend.
- Consumer devices and apps can miss data or record it differently. Different sources can give different numbers for the same day.
- The priorities are small, practical experiments to try next week. Check with your clinician before changing exercise, sleep, diet or medication if you have a health condition.
Help
Apple Health access. If a metric shows no readings, check Health → your profile → Apps (or Data Access & Devices) → VitalWatchStudio, and confirm your watch or app is recording that metric. The app cannot tell whether a missing reading means no data or no permission.
Your data. Reports live on your iPhone. To remove them, use Settings → Delete all local customer data. Files you shared stay with their recipients.
Purchases. Manage or cancel the annual plan in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. For help with web purchases, email us.
